STNA Blog Hop #14: Bringing the best of 2012 into 2013

Here's the prompt for the first Blog Hop of 2013:

"What was your biggest stitching accomplishment in 2012? What was your favorite stash acquisition in 2012 and will you be using it in 2013?"

I would have to say, without a doubt, that my biggest stitching accomplishment in 2012 was creating this blog and using it to document my projects, progresses, and finishes...even though there was only 1 of those in 2012, lol.

My favorite stash acquisition, other than the addition of several more Mira charts, would have to be the SamSarah Fun Every Day perpetual calendar. This is the first automatic I've ever signed up for and I'm enjoying it so so much! It is 4 new charts each month (a month, a day, a number, and an occasion) and, when finished, it will be a complete perpetual calendar to hang on the wall and enjoy year after year.

What have you accomplished in the past year? And what is your greatest acquisition?

  6. I think I want to buy that too. Would you mind telling me a little more about it and where to purchase it. I've wanted one of those for a long time. Congrats on the blog. It looks very nice

    1. Sarah, I get mine as part of a monthly automatic program through Beach Cottage Stitchers (www.beachcottagestitchers.com). Cynthia is very nice and would be more than happy to give you some information on how to get started. Be sure to post some pics if you decide to stitch the calendar. :)
