Crazy January Challenge - Day 7

Whoa, man. It's late, so this will be a short one. Today's start was Halloween, a freebie from Passione Ricamo. I'm stitching it on 14 ct. Fiddler's Cloth (can you tell I'm trying to use up my stash...lots of 14 ct in this Challenge). So far, I've gotten part of the hat and the buckle done. Not as much progress as I would have liked, but my shows are back from their mid-season break, so I'm being easily distracted by plot lines and intrigue, lol.

Here's today's progress:

Halloween by Passione Ricamo (freebie); stitched on 14 ct Fiddler's Cloth

Yes, I know. The picture is awful, but I'm tired and I can't be bothered to take a better one.

Tomorrow's start: **Glory** by Bent Creek

Hope everyone has a wonderful tomorrow! :)

  1. Good progress. If I may ask, what do you use for the borders and adding the text around your pics? I see a few ppl doing it but have no idea how.

    1. Actually, I don't apply any kind of borders myself. The layout I'm using on Blogger adds the framing around pics automatically. The captions are added by clicking on the picture, once I've uploaded it into the draft of my post, and choosing Add Caption. Then I just type what I want it to say. I'm not sure how the framing/captioning works with other layouts. Hope this helps!! :)

  2. A start leads to a finish. Can't wait to see more.

  3. Beautiful work. Lovely stitching there. Looking forward to seeing your progress.

  4. Thank you for your comment: the wall tidy's are available: just message me with a suggested donation and let me know which one you want. stitcheranon@yahoo.co.uk. Good luck with your January challenge xx

  5. You're doing a great job with the crazy challenge
